Artboards are a great way to organize your design project in Figma. You can use them to create different sections for your design, or to represent different screen sizes.

Artboards can also be helpful when you’re collaborating with others on a design project. Here’s how to use artboards in Figma:

To create an artboard, select the ‘Artboard’ tool from the left toolbar. Then click and drag on the canvas to create your artboard.

You can also use the ‘Resize’ tool to adjust the size of your artboard. To rename an artboard, double-click on its name in the Layers panel.

PRO TIP: When using artboards in Figma, be sure to size them correctly for your project. Artboards can be easily resized by dragging the corners or sides. If you accidentally resize an artboard, you can press “Ctrl+Z” to undo your last action.

To add elements to an artboard, simply select the element and drag it onto the artboard. To move an element between artboards, select the element and use the ‘Move’ tool to drag it to the desired location. You can also use the ‘Arrange’ menu to move elements between artboards.

To delete an artboard, select it and press the ‘Delete’ key on your keyboard. You can also use the ‘Arrange’ menu to delete an artboard.
