What Are the Parts of Photoshop Workspace?

Photoshop workspace is comprised of many different parts, each with a specific purpose. The main area is the workspace itself, where you will see the image you are working on.

This is flanked by the toolbox on the left and the layers panel on the right. The bottom of the workspace contains the status bar, which displays information about the currently selected tool, as well as your current location within the image.

The toolbox contains all of the tools you will need to edit your image. Each tool has a specific purpose and can be used to perform a variety of tasks. The most commonly used tools are the brush tool, eraser tool, and pen tool.

The layers panel is where you will manage all of the layers in your image. You can create new layers, delete existing ones, and change the order of how they are displayed. Layers are important in Photoshop because they allow you to make changes to your image without affecting the underlying pixels.

The status bar is located at the bottom of the workspace and displays information about the currently selected tool and your current location within the image. It also has a few other features, such as undoing your last action and zooming in and out of your image.
