In Figma, a vector node is a point in the vector path that you can edit. To edit a vector node, simply click on it with the Selection Tool (V) and then drag it to where you want it to be. Alternatively, you can double-click on a vector node to open the Vector Node Edit dialog, where you can change its position, curvature, and other properties.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that Figma is a vector node-based design tool. Vector nodes are points in a vector path that you can use to create or adjust the shape of your path. They can be moved, deleted, or added to create different shapes.

If you are not familiar with vector nodes or design tools in general, we recommend that you do not attempt to use Figma. It is a complex tool that requires a certain level of understanding and expertise.

In addition to editing vector nodes, you can also add new ones. To do this, select the Add Vector Node Tool (Shift+V) and then click on the vector path where you want to add the new node. Alternatively, you can select a vector node with the Selection Tool (V) and then press the Insert key on your keyboard to insert a new vector node at that location.

So, what is a vector node in Figma? Simply put, it’s a point in the vector path that you can edit. By adding or editing vector nodes, you can change the shape of the vector path and create complex shapes and designs.
