A render filter is an effect that you can apply to 3D models and scenes to create interesting looks and styles. Photoshop comes with a few default render filters, but you can also create your own.

To apply a render filter, simply select the layer or object you want to apply the effect to, then go to Filter > Render. From there, you can choose from the various options available.

Some of the more popular render filters include Lens Flare, Difference Clouds, and Fog.

Render filters can be a great way to add some extra flair to your images and make them really stand out. Experiment with different filters and combinations of filters to see what looks best. And don’t forget, you can always create your own custom render filters as well!

PRO TIP: Render filter in Photoshop can be used to create various visual effects, but it can also be used to create undesirable artifacts in your image. Be sure to use this filter sparingly and with caution.
