Where Are the Tools in Photoshop?

Last updated on November 20, 2022 @ 1:09 pm

Photoshop is a widely used program for crafting layouts, graphics, logos, and photos. But, where are the tools in Photoshop?

The answer is simple: they’re in the Toolbox.

The Toolbox is Photoshop’s primary palette of tools. It contains all of the essential tools for performing basic tasks in Photoshop. These include selection tools, painting tools, drawing tools, and eraser tools.

PRO TIP: If you’re looking for the tools in Photoshop, be aware that they may not be where you expect them to be. The location of the tools can vary depending on the version of Photoshop you’re using, so it’s important to consult your software’s documentation or help file if you can’t find them.

The Toolbox is located in the upper-left corner of the Photoshop workspace. To access a tool, simply click on its icon in the Toolbox.

Alternatively, you can press the letter that corresponds to the tool’s shortcut key. For example, pressing ‘W’ will select the Quick Selection tool.
