There are a few reasons why your Canva download might not be working correctly. Check out the list below to see if any of these match your situation.

1. Your Internet connection is slow or intermittent

If you’re on a slow or intermittent internet connection, this can affect the quality of your Canva download. Try downloading your design on a different device or on a different internet connection to see if that helps.

2. You’re using an older browser

Canva is constantly improving our site to give you the best possible experience.

If you’re using an older browser, your Canva download might not work correctly. Try upgrading to the latest version of your browser, or try using a different browser altogether.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble downloading Canva, make sure that you have a strong and stable internet connection. Canva may also not work correctly if you are using an outdated or unsupported browser. If you are using a supported browser and still having trouble, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

3. There’s a problem with the Canva servers

Although we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, sometimes there can be technical difficulties beyond our control. If you think this might be the case, wait a little while and then try downloading your design again.
