Why Is My Canva Stuck?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 12:15 am

If you’re working on a design in Canva and it’s not saving, it may be because your browser isn’t compatible with our editor. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

You can also try using a different browser altogether.

If you’re still having trouble saving your design, it could be because cookies are disabled in your browser settings. Canva requires cookies to function properly, so you’ll need to enable them in order to save any changes you make to your design.

Here’s how to do that in Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.

PRO TIP: If you are experiencing problems with Canva, please make sure to check the following:

-That you are using the latest version of Canva

-That your browser is up to date

-That you have a strong and stable internet connection

If cookies are enabled and you’re still having trouble saving, it’s possible that there’s a problem with your internet connection. Try opening Google in a new tab to see if you can load other websites without issue – if not, then the problem is most likely with your internet connection and not Canva.

Once you’ve checked that your browser is compatible and cookies are enabled, try reloading the page and then saving your design again. If you’re still having trouble, please contact our support team for further assistance.
