Can You Export Grids in Figma?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 9:18 am

There are a few different ways to share your work in Figma. You can either share a link to your file, or you can export your designs as images.

If you want to share a link to your file, you can do so by clicking the ‘Share’ button in the top-right corner of the Figma interface. This will give you a link that you can copy and paste into an email or chat message.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that exporting grids in Figma is currently a beta feature and may not work as expected. Use at your own risk.

If you want to export your designs as images, you can do so by selecting the ‘Export’ option from the File menu. When you export your designs, you can choose to export them as PNG, JPG, or SVG files.

You can also export your designs as PDFs, but this is only available if you have a Figma Pro account. To export your designs as PDFs, select the ‘Export As…’ option from the File menu, and then choose ‘PDF’ from the list of file formats.

So, can you export grids in Figma? Yes, you can! Just select the ‘Export’ option from the File menu, and then choose the file format that you want to use.
