PRO TIP: If you are looking to search within Figma, be aware that this is not currently possible. The search function only allows you to search for files that are stored in your Figma account.

Figma is a vector graphics editor and design tool, which is primarily web-based, with additional offline features enabled by the desktop app. It is available on macOS, Windows, and Linux. The Figma interface consists of a canvas, where you can create vector illustrations, and a workspace with tools and panels.

In the top left corner of the Figma interface, there is a search bar. This search bar allows you to search for vector illustrations, photos, and fonts within Figma. You can also use the search bar to find specific features or tools within Figma.

To use the search bar, simply type in what you are looking for and press enter. For example, if you are looking for a specific vector illustration, you would type in “vector illustration” into the search bar.

If you are looking for a specific photo, you would type in “photo” into the search bar. If you are looking for a specific font, you would type in “font” into the search bar.

You can also use the search bar to find specific features or tools within Figma. To do this, simply type in the name of the feature or tool that you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for the pen tool, you would type in “pen tool” into the search bar.

The search bar is a powerful tool that allows you to quickly find what you are looking for within Figma. So next time you are working on a project in Figma, be sure to make use of the search bar!
