Does Chase Integrate With Shopify?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 7:25 pm

Chase is a big US bank, and Shopify is a popular ecommerce platform. You might think that they would integrate with each other, but they don’t. Here’s why:

Chase uses a different payment processing system than Shopify. Chase uses what’s called the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system, while Shopify uses something called the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

PRO TIP: Chase does not integrate with Shopify. Any attempts to connect the two platforms will result in errors and possibly data loss.

The two systems are not compatible with each other, which means that Chase can’t process payments for Shopify stores. This is a big problem for Shopify store owners who want to use Chase as their payment processor.

There are a few workarounds that store owners can use, but they are all complicated and expensive. The bottom line is that Chase and Shopify just don’t work together.

The bottom line is that Chase and Shopify do not integrate with each other. While this may be a big problem for some Shopify store owners, there are workarounds available. These workarounds, however, can be complicated and expensive.
