When it comes to digital design, one of the most versatile tools you can use is Figma. Not only is it great for designing websites and apps, but you can also use it to create high-quality illustrations and graphics. And, one of the best things about Figma is that it’s relatively easy to use.

One thing you might want to do in Figma is add texture to a fill. This can be a great way to add interest to your designs and make them more visually appealing. So, how do you add texture to a fill in Figma?

There are a few different ways you can go about adding texture to a fill in Figma. One way is to use the noise filter.

To do this, simply select the layer you want to add texture to and go to Filter > Noise. From here, you can adjust the amount of noise and the contrast to get the look you want.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Figma, we recommend that you do not attempt to add texture to a fill. This could result in an undesired look for your project.

Another way you can add texture to a fill is by using an image fill. To do this, select the layer you want to add texture to and go to Fill > Image.

From here, you can choose an image file from your computer that will be used as the texture. Keep in mind that you’ll want to use an image that has a lot of detail so that it doesn’t look too blurry when applied as a texture.

Once you’ve selected an image, you can adjust the scale and position of the image within the fill area so that it looks just right. You can also play around with the blending mode to get different effects.

So those are just a few ways you can add texture to a fill in Figma. Experiment with different techniques and see what looks best for your particular design project.
