If you’re not happy with Canva, cancelling your account is easy. Here’s how:

First, log in to your account. Then, click on the Settings tab in the top right-hand corner.

Under the Account section, click on the Cancel my account link.

You’ll be taken to a page where you can confirm that you want to cancel your account. Once you do that, your account will be cancelled and you will no longer have access to it.

PRO TIP: If you’re considering cancelling your Canva account, there are a few things you should know. First, you will lose access to all of your designs and files. Second, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of your information. Finally, if you have a Canva Pro account, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Note: If you cancel your Canva account, you will not be able to reactivate it or retrieve any of the designs or data that was in it. So if you think you might want to use Canva again in the future, we recommend just suspending your account instead.

To suspend your account:

Under the Account section, click on the Suspend my account. You’ll be taken to a page where you can confirm that you want to suspend your account.
