How Do I Cancel My Shopify App Subscription?

Assuming you would like to cancel your Shopify App Subscription, there are a few things you need to do.

First, you need to go to your account settings. To do this, log into your Shopify account and click on the “Account” tab in the left-hand corner.

Then, find the “Settings” section and click on “Billing.” Here, you will be able to see all of the apps that you are subscribed to.

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about cancelling your Shopify App subscription, please be aware that you will no longer have access to the app or any of its features. Additionally, your data will be deleted and you will not be able to recover it.

Next to each app, there is a button that says “Cancel.” Click this button for the app that you would like to unsubscribe from.

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription. Click “OK” to confirm.

Once you have unsubscribed from the app, you will no longer be charged for it. However, depending on the app, you may lose access to certain features or functionality.
