This plugin lets you add custom fields to your orders, which is perfect for if you need to collect additional information from your customers. It also includes a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to rearrange your fields as needed.
Another great option is ‘WooCommerce Order Form’. This plugin lets you create custom order forms for your customers to fill out. You can choose which fields are required and which ones are optional, and you can even add file upload fields if necessary.
Once your form is created, simply add it to any page on your site and start collecting orders!
