Liquify is a tool in Photoshop that allows you to push, pull, rotate, reflect, pucker, and bloat any area of an image. It’s perfect for creating rippling water or wavy hair, or for warping and distorting images. Here’s how to enable Liquify in Photoshop:

1.Open an image in Photoshop.

2.Click the Filter menu at the top of the screen, then hover over Liquify.

3.A submenu will appear. Click Enable.

4.The Liquify window will open. Use the various tools to push, pull, rotate, reflect, pucker, and bloat the image.

5.When you’re finished, click the Done button in the upper right corner of the window.
