If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’ve probably had to deal with the task of exporting customer orders at some point. Maybe you’re trying to send order information to a fulfillment center, or perhaps you just need to generate a report for your own records. Whatever the reason, exporting customer orders from WooCommerce is actually a pretty simple process.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Orders. On this page, you’ll see a list of all the orders that have been placed on your store. By default, they’re sorted by order date, but you can also click the column headers to sort by other criteria like order status or customer name.

To export orders, first select the orders that you want to export by clicking the checkbox next to each order. You can also use the Bulk actions drop-down menu to select all orders or filter them by status. Once you’ve made your selection, click the Export button at the top of the page.

On the next screen, you’ll need to choose what type of file you want to export your orders as. CSV is the most common format, but XLS and XML are also options. You can also choose whether to export all data or only specific data points like customer information, line items, or shipping details.

Once you’ve made your selections, click the Generate CSV button and your file will start downloading automatically.

Exporting customer orders from WooCommerce is a quick and easy process that can be completed in just a few steps.

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Orders.

2. Select the orders that you want to export by clicking the checkbox next to each order.

3. Click the Export button at the top of the page.

4. On the next screen, choose what type of file you want to export your orders as and which data points you want to include.

5. Click the Generate CSV button and your file will start downloading automatically.

PRO TIP: When exporting customer orders from WooCommerce, be sure to only export the orders that you need. Exporting too many orders can result in a slow export process and/or large file size.
