How Do I Export Multiple Photoshop Files at Once?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 11:20 am

In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to export multiple Photoshop files at once. This can be a handy timesaver when you need to export a bunch of images from Photoshop, and you don’t want to have to go through the process of exporting each one individually.

First, open the Photoshop file that contains the images you want to export. Next, go to File > Export > Export As.

In the Export As dialog box, choose the format that you want to export the images as. For this example, we’ll choose JPEG.

PRO TIP: When exporting multiple Photoshop files at once, it is important to be aware that each file will be exported as an individual image. This means that if any changes are made to one of the files, those changes will not be reflected in the other files.

Now, click the Browse button and choose a location to save the exported files. By default, Photoshop will export each image as a separate file. However, we can change this by clicking the Options button in the Export As dialog box.

In the Options dialog box, select the File Naming option that you want to use. For this example, we’ll choose Serial Number. This will cause each image to be exported with a unique serial number.

Finally, click the Export All button and Photoshop will export all of the images in the file as JPEGs with unique serial numbers.
