How do I fix out of gamut warning in Illustrator?

If you are seeing an “out of gamut” warning when you try to save a document in Adobe Illustrator, there are a few things you can do to fix the issue. First, make sure your document is in the correct format. If your document is in CMYK or RGB formats, it will most likely be in the correct format. If your document is in a different format, you’ll need to convert it to a CMYK or RGB format before you can save it. Second, make sure you are using the correct color spaces.

PRO TIP: If you see the out of gamut warning in Illustrator, it means that the colors in your design are not within the color range that can be printed. To fix this, you will need to adjust the colors in your design so that they are within the printable color range.

If your document is in a RGB color space, you’ll need to switch to a CMYK color space before you can save the document. Finally, make sure you are using the correct color settings in Illustrator. If your document is in RGB color space, make sure the “Color Mode” is set to “RGB”, and make sure the “Output Resolution” is set to “72 dpi”. If your document is in a CMYK color space, make sure the “Color Mode” is set to “CMYK”, and make sure the “Output Resolution” is set to “300 dpi”.
