If your domain is expired, you can get it transferred to a new registrar by following these steps:

1. Log into your GoDaddy account.

2. Under Domains, click on your domain name.

3. Click on Transfer.

4. On the next page, click on the GoDaddy Transfer Domain link.

5. On the next page, enter your domain name and click on Next.

6. On the next page, you will be asked to provide the name and contact information of the new registrar.

7. Click on Next.

8. On the next page, you will be asked to confirm the transfer.

9. Click on Submit.

10. Your domain will be transferred to the new registrar. Congratulations!.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to retrieve an expired domain from GoDaddy, beware that the process can be complicated and time-consuming. In some cases, it may not be possible to retrieve the domain at all.
