How Do I Make Edges Glow in Photoshop?

There are a couple different ways that you can make edges glow in Photoshop. One way is to use the “Glow” filter. Go to Filter > Render > Glow. Adjust the settings until you get the desired effect.

Another way is to use the “Outer Glow” layer style. Go to Layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow. Again, adjust the settings until you get the desired effect.

If you want to style text in HTML using < p >,< b > and < u > tags, you would first need to create a paragraph element. Then, within that element, you would use the < b > tag to make text bold and the < u > tag to underline text.
