Photoshop is a program that can be used to open and edit JPEG files, as well as many other types of image files.

To open a JPEG file in Photoshop, first launch the program. Then, go to the File menu at the top of the screen and choose Open.

A new window will appear. Use this window to navigate to the location on your computer where the JPEG file is saved. Once you have found the file, click on it to select it and then click the Open button.

The JPEG file will now open in Photoshop. You can make any changes you want to the image, such as cropping it, adding text or effects, or adjusting the colors. When you are finished, go to the File menu and choose Save As. In the new window that appears, choose .jpg from the drop-down menu next to Save As Type.

This will ensure that your changes are saved in the JPEG format. Then, click Save. That’s all there is to it!
