As a busy designer, you may often find yourself working on multiple projects at once. This can make it difficult to keep track of all your designs, especially if you’re working on a lot of different versions of the same design.

One way to keep track of your work is to save a prototype animation in Figma. This way, you can go back and view your progress on a particular project, and even share the animation with others so they can see your work in progress.

To save a prototype animation in Figma, first create a new project or open an existing one. Then, click on the “Prototype” tab in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Next, select the frame that you want to animate. In the “Prototype” tab, click on the “Animate” button.

A new window will open up where you can select the type of animation that you want to create. For this example, we’ll choose “Fade In/Out.”

Once you’ve selected the type of animation that you want to create, click on the “Create” button.

Your animation will now be saved in Figma. To view it, click on the “Preview” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

The “Preview” window will show you how your animation will look when it’s played back. You can also use this window to test out different animations and see how they look before saving them.

When you’re satisfied with your animation, click on the “Export” button in the upper-right corner of the screen. This will allow you to save your animation as a video file so you can share it with others or use it in your own design projects.
