How Do I See All Pages in Figma?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 11:04 am

There are a few different ways that you can view all of the pages in your Figma file. The first way is to click on the “Pages” icon in the left sidebar.

This will open up a list of all of the pages in your file. You can click on any page to open it up in the main window.

Another way to view all of the pages in your file is to click on the “File” menu at the top of the screen and then select “Open…” from the drop-down menu. This will open up a dialog box where you can select which file you want to open.

Select the “Pages” tab at the top of this dialog box and then you will see a list of all of the pages in your file.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, it is easy to accidentally delete pages in Figma. If you want to be sure that you won’t lose any work, make sure to save your work often, and export a backup copy of your file regularly.

The last way to view all of the pages in your file is to use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+Shift+O” (Windows) or “Cmd+Shift+O” (Mac). This will also open up the dialog box where you can select which file you want to open.

Once you have opened up a page in the main window, you can use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+Tab” (Windows) or “Cmd+Tab” (Mac) to cycle through all of the other pages in your file. Alternatively, you can click on the “Pages” icon in the left sidebar and then click on any other page that you want to open.
