How Do I Show Measurements in Photoshop?

There are a few ways to show measurements in Photoshop, and which one you use will depend on what you’re trying to measure, and how accurate you need the measurements to be. Here are a few methods:

Rulers

To show rulers in Photoshop, go to View > Rulers. You can then click and drag out guides from the rulers to help you measure things on your canvas. Guides are especially helpful when you’re trying to line things up evenly.

The Info Panel

The Info panel is a great way to get precise measurements of pixels, inches, centimeters, etc. To show the Info panel, go to Window > Info.

Then, with your mouse cursor over the area you want to measure, you’ll see the measurement readings in the various units next to the word “Info. ”
