How do I use ACF in Elementor?

ACF is an amazing plugin for Elementor that allows users to add custom fields and filters to their content. It’s perfect for creating custom content types or for adding extra filtering and sorting options to your content.

To use ACF in Elementor, first download and install the plugin. Once it’s installed, open Elementor and click on the “Plugins” tab.

Under “Extensions,” select “ACF” and click on the “Install” button.

Once ACF is installed, you’ll need to create a new custom content type. To do this, click on the “Content Types” tab and select “New Content Type.”

Next, enter the following information into the “Content Type Info” field:

Title: My Custom Content Type

Description: My Custom Content Type

Fields:

1. Title

2. Description

3. Custom Fields

4. Filters

5. Order By

6. Ordering Options

7. Display Options

8. Publish Options

9. Export Options

Click on the “Create” button to create your new content type.

Now that your content type is created, you’ll need to configure it. To do this, click on the “Configure” button and select the “ACF” tab.

First, you’ll need to add a custom field. To do this, click on the “New Field” button and enter the following information into the “Field Name” field:

Title: My Custom Field

Description: My Custom Field

Type: Text

Data:

1. My Custom Field

2. My Custom Field

3. My Custom Field

4. My Custom Field

5. My Custom Field

6. My Custom Field

7. My Custom Field

8. My Custom Field

9. My Custom Field

Click on the “Create” button to add your new custom field.

PRO TIP: If you are using ACF with Elementor, be aware that there are some known issues that can cause problems. These include:

– Elementor not being able to load ACF fields
– ACF fields appearing blank in the Elementor editor
– Fields not being able to be edited in Elementor

If you experience any of these issues, it is recommended that you contact the ACF support team for help.
