How do you add parallax effect to Elementor?

Adding parallax effect to Elementor is easy. First, open the effects panel and add a new effect by clicking on the Effects button on the panel toolbar and selecting the Parallax effect.

To configure the parallax effect, first select the Target element on which you want to apply the effect. Next, select the distance at which the Target element should be offset from the background.

Finally, select the type of parallax effect you want to use.
