How do you make a metallic text effect in Illustrator?

Making a metallic text effect in Illustrator is fairly simple. First, create a new document and set the size to whatever you want. Then, create a text layer and type in whatever text you want. Next, go to the Effects panel and select the Textures option.

PRO TIP: When using metallic text effects in Illustrator, it is important to be aware of the potential for the text to appear pixelated or jagged. This can occur if the text is not properly anti-aliased, or if the resolution of the document is not high enough. To avoid these issues, make sure to use a high-quality font and increase the resolution of the document before exporting it.

From the list of textures, select the Metallic texture and click on thedropdown arrow next to it. Next, set the blend mode to Screen and the opacity to 50%. Finally, click on thebutton to apply the effect.
