How Do You Make an Embossed Effect in Photoshop?

There are a few different ways that you can create an embossed effect in Photoshop. One way is to use the layer style options.

Go to the layer you want to emboss and double click on it. This will open the layer styles window. Click on the Bevel and Emboss option and play around with the different settings until you get the look that you want.
