GIFs are a great way to add some levity and personality to your website or blog, and they’re easy to make with Photoshop. Here’s how:

1. Open the image you want to turn into a GIF in Photoshop. You can also create a new image from scratch.

2. Go to File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy). This will open the Save for Web dialog box.

3. In the upper right corner of the dialog box, where it says “Format,” choose “GIF.”

4. Under “Color,” choose the number of colors you want your GIF to have. The fewer colors you choose, the smaller the file size will be.

5. Under “Dither,” choose how you want your GIF to look. “No dither” will usually give you the best quality, but it will also produce a larger file size.

6. Once you’ve chosen your settings, click “Save.”

7. That’s it! Your GIF is now ready to be used on your website or blog.
