There are many different ways to zoom in selection in Figma. One way is to use the zoom tool.

Another way is to use the keyboard shortcut keys. Finally, you can also use the mouse scroll wheel.

The zoom tool is located in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen. To use it, simply click and drag your mouse over the area you want to zoom in on.

You can also double click with the zoom tool selected to quickly zoom in on an area. To zoom out, hold down the alt key while you click and drag with the zoom tool.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to use the “Zoom in Selection” feature in Figma, be aware that it may not work as expected. In some cases, it may actually zoom out instead of zooming in.

The keyboard shortcut keys for zooming are: cmd/ctrl + ‘+’ to zoom in, cmd/ctrl + ‘-‘ to zoom out, and cmd/ctrl + 0 to reset the zoom level. Another way to reset the zoom level is to double click on the hand tool, which is also located in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

You can also use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out. To do this, simply hold down the cmd/ctrl key while you scroll up or down. You can also use this method to quickly zoom in on an area by double clicking with the scroll wheel while holding down cmd/ctrl.

Conclusion: There are many different ways to zoom in selection in Figma, including using the zoom tool, keyboard shortcut keys, or mouse scroll wheel.
