As a general rule, Photoshop does not have a “resize” tool. When you’re working with images in Photoshop, you will generally use the “transform” function to resize your images.

The transform function can be found in the “Edit” menu, under “transform. ”

However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. For example, if you’re working with a text layer, you can simply select the layer and then use the “transform” function to resize it. Additionally, some shapes (such as circles and squares) can be resized using the transform function as well.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for a resize tool in Photoshop, you will not find one. However, there are a number of ways to resize your images in Photoshop. We recommend using the ‘Image Size’ dialog box to resize your images.

In general, though, if you’re looking to resize an image in Photoshop, you’ll need to use the transform function. This can be found in the “Edit” menu, under “transform.”
