Why Is Sezzle Not Showing Up on Shopify?

If you’re a Shopify merchant, you may have noticed that the Sezzle payment option isn’t appearing as a payment gateway for your customers. There are a few reasons why this could be the case.

One possibility is that your Shopify plan doesn’t include Sezzle. Sezzle is only available on Shopify’s Advanced and Plus plans. If you’re on one of the lower plans, you won’t be able to offer Sezzle as a payment option.

PRO TIP: If you are using Shopify to sell online, you may have noticed that Sezzle is not showing up as a payment option. This is because Sezzle is not compatible with Shopify at this time. We recommend using a different payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal.

Another possibility is that your store is located in a country that Sezzle doesn’t support yet. Sezzle is currently available to shoppers in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. If your store is located in another country, Sezzle won’t appear as a payment gateway.

Lastly, it’s possible that you haven’t completed the necessary steps to set up Sezzle on your Shopify store. Even if you’re on an eligible plan and your store is located in a supported country, Sezzle won’t appear as a payment gateway until you’ve completed the set-up process.
