PRO TIP: When animating components in Figma, be sure to use the correct keyframes for your component. Otherwise, your animation may not work as expected.

From here, you can choose what type of animation you want to create. For this example, we’ll choose the “Grow” animation. Once you’ve selected your animation, you can then choose which component you want to animate.

Once you’ve selected your component, go to the “Settings” tab in the animation panel and adjust the duration, delay, and other settings for your animation. When you’re happy with your settings, click the “Preview” button to see your animation in action.
