Can You Unfulfill an Order in Shopify?

It’s a question that every ecommerce business owner has asked at some point: can you unfulfill an order in Shopify? The answer is yes, but it’s not as simple as just hitting a button. In this article, we’ll show you how to unfulfill an order in Shopify, step-by-step.

The first thing you need to do is go to your Shopify admin and click on the Orders tab. Find the order that you need to unfulfill and click on it. Next, click on the More actions dropdown menu and select Unfulfill items.

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to unfulfill the order. Click on the Unfulfill order button to continue.

Now, all you need to do is mark the items as unfulfilled. To do this, click on the checkbox next to each item and then click on the Mark as unfulfilled button.

Once you’ve marked all of the items as unfulfilled, click on the Save button. That’s it! You’ve successfully unfulfilled an order in Shopify.
