How do I check my Joomla version?

If you’re not sure which version of Joomla you’re using, there are a few methods you can use to check. One option is to visit the Joomla website and look for the “Version” link in the top right corner of the home page.

If you’re using a version older than 3.x, you’ll need to upgrade before you can use some of the features available in later versions.

Another option is to check your website’s “Log Files.” These files are located in your website’s root folder, and will contain information about the website’s activity, such as when it was last updated, who made the changes, and so on.

PRO TIP: Joomla has released a new version. Please check your Joomla version and update it if necessary.

You can access the logs by logging in to your website’s admin area and clicking on the “Logs” link in the “Admin” section.

If you’re still having problems connecting your website to the Joomla database, you can try running a diagnostic check. This will check your website’s settings and layout and may identify any problems that need to be fixed.

You can access the diagnostic check by clicking on the “Diagnostics” link in the “Admin” section of your website.
