How do I contact customers on Shopify?

When starting a new Shopify store, one of the first things you’ll need to do is create a customer list. This process is simple and straightforward, and can be accomplished in a few simple steps.

First, open your Shopify admin panel and click on “Sales”. Under “Customers”, click on “Create new customer”.

Enter your customer’s name, email address, and phone number. You can also add a note if you wish.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your customer list will be ready to use in your store. Whenever you want to contact a customer, all you need to do is click on their name in the “Customers” section and enter their email address or phone number.
