Have you ever lost track of an instance in Figma? Maybe you moved it to a different frame, or renamed it and forgot what you called it. Here are a few tips on how to find your instances in Figma:

1. Look in the Layers panel: Every object in your design is listed in the Layers panel, including instances. You can use the search bar at the top of the panel to find an instance by name.

2. Look in the Frames panel: If you know which frame an instance is in, you can find it by expanding the relevant frame in the Frames panel.

3. Use the Selection tool: If you click on an object with the Selection tool and then press Cmd/Ctrl+G, all instances of that object will be selected. You can also press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+G to select all instances of that object across all frames.

4. Use the navigation bars: The navigation bars at the top and bottom of the canvas show you where an object is located within your design. If you hover over an object with the Selection tool, its location will be highlighted in the navigation bars.
