How Do I Find My Shopify Email?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 3:21 pm

If you’re like most people, you probably use a different email address for different purposes. You have one for work, one for school, and maybe even one for online shopping.

So, when you’re trying to find your Shopify email, it can be a little tricky. Here are a few tips to help you find it:

1. Check your Shopify settings.

If you’re not sure what email address you used when you set up your Shopify account, the best place to start is in your settings. To do this, simply log in to your Shopify account and go to Settings > Account. From there, you should be able to see the email address associated with your account.

2. Check your order history.

Another way to find your Shopify email is to check your order history. To do this, log in to your Shopify account and go to Orders > All Orders.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for your Shopify email, be aware that there is no central location for this information. Each Shopify store has its own email address, so you will need to contact the store owner or support team in order to obtain the email address for a specific store.

On the right-hand side of each order, you’ll see the customer’s email address. This is the email address that was used to place the order.

3. Check your shop’s contact page.

If you still can’t find your Shopify email, check your shop’s contact page. Many shops will have a contact form or an email address listed so that customers can get in touch with them. If you see an email address on your shop’s contact page, chances are that’s the email address associated with your Shopify account.

4. Reach out to Shopify support.

If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t find your Shopify email, the next best thing to do is reach out to Shopify support. They’ll be able to help you locate the email address associated with your account so that you can get back to shopping!
