The best way to ensure a high-quality PDF file is to use the export settings in Illustrator that allow you to save the file with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.

When you’re saving your file, it’s important to keep in mind that a high-quality PDF can take a longer time to download. Make sure your file is sized appropriately so it doesn’t take too long to download.
