How Do You Make Nested Components in Figma?

In Figma, you can make nested components by selecting the frame that you want to be the parent component, and then choosing “Create Component” from the right-click menu. This will create a new component in the library, with the selected frame as its default content.

You can then add more frames to this component, and they will automatically become nested within it. To edit a nested component, simply double-click on it in the library. This will open up the parent component in the editor, and you can make changes to it there.

If you need to change the nesting of components, you can do so by selecting the component in the library and then using the “Move Up” or “Move Down” buttons in the toolbar. This will change the order of the components in the library, and also change their nesting within other components.

You can also style text in HTML using < p >,< b > and < u > tags where applicable.

PRO TIP: When creating nested components in Figma, be aware that each nested component will be its own independent object. This means that changes made to a nested component will not be reflected in the parent component. If you need to make changes to a nested component, you will need to do so within the nested component itself.
