The Object Selection tool in Photoshop is a great way to quickly select and manipulate objects in your image. Here’s a quick guide on how to use it:

To select an object with the Object Selection tool, simply click on the object you want to select. The object will be highlighted in blue, and you’ll see a bounding box around it.

To move the selected object, click and drag it to the desired location. To resize the object, click and drag one of the corner handles of the bounding box. You can also rotate the object by clicking and dragging outside of the bounding box.

PRO TIP: The Object Selection Tool in Photoshop can be very dangerous if not used correctly. If you are not careful, you can easily select the wrong object and end up with a very messy image.

If you want to add or remove objects from the selection, hold down the Shift key while clicking on the desired objects. To deselect an object, hold down the Alt (Option) key and click on it.

You can also use the Quick Selection tool to quickly select objects in your image. Simply click and drag over the desired objects with this tool to select them.
