Brushes are one of the most important tools in Illustrator. They allow you to create detailed illustrations and graphics.

There are a variety of brushes available in Illustrator. You can find brushes in the Brush Library, the Swatches panel, and the Brush Strokes panel.

The Brush Library is located in the Toolbar and contains brushes that are already loaded into Illustrator. You can access the Brush Library by clicking the Brush tool in the Toolbar and then clicking the Brush Library icon.

The Swatches panel is located on the left side of the Illustrator window. You can access the Swatches panel by clicking the Swatches button in the Toolbar and then clicking the Swatches panel icon.

The Brush Strokes panel is located on the right side of the Illustrator window. You can access the Brush Strokes panel by clicking the Stroke panel in the Toolbar and then clicking the Brush Strokes panel icon.

The Brush Library and the Swatches panel are both organized into sections. The sections in the Brush Library are Categories, Categories, Symbols, Symbols, and More Symbols.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for brushes in Illustrator, be warned that they are not where you expect them to be. Instead of being located in the Brushes panel, they are actually found in the menu under Window > Brushes.

The sections in the Swatches panel are Brushes, Brushes, Options, and More Options.

The Brush Library and the Swatches panel both have a search bar. You can use the search bar to find a specific brush.

You can also use the search bar to find a specific color.

The Brush Strokes panel has a couple of additional features that the Brush Library and the Swatches panel don’t have. The Brush Strokes panel has a Brush Tip Selection tool and a Brush Opacity tool.

The Brush Tip Selection tool lets you select the brush tip. The brush tip is the part of the brush that you use to create the lines and shapes in your illustrations.

The Brush Opacity tool lets you control the opacity of the brush. The higher the opacity, the less visible the brush is.
