Where Is RAL Color in Photoshop?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 3:57 pm

RAL is a color matching system used in Europe that includes 218 colors. If you want to find a RAL color in Photoshop, the easiest way is to use the Color Picker.

To use the Color Picker, open the Photoshop Preferences dialog box (Edit > Preferences) and choose Interface from the list on the left. Then, click on the checkbox next to “Show Colors as RAL”, as shown in the image below.

Once you’ve done that, all of the colors in the Color Picker will be shown as RAL colors. Simply click on the color you want to use, and then click OK.

Keep in mind that RAL colors are meant to be used as a guide, not an exact match. The colors you see on your screen will likely be different than the actual RAL color, so it’s important to test them out before you use them for anything critical.
