In Figma, you can add properties to variants to modify the appearance of text. To add properties to variants, first select the element you want to modify. Then, in the right sidebar, click the “Text” tab.

Here, you will see a list of all the text properties that can be modified. To add a new property, click the “plus” icon next to the property name.

PRO TIP: If you are working in Figma and want to add properties to variants, be aware that there is no built-in way to do this. You will need to use a third-party plugin or create your own custom solution.

You can also style text in HTML using < b > and < u > tags where applicable. To do this, first select the text you want to modify. Then, in the right sidebar, click the “HTML” tab. Here, you will see a list of all the HTML tags that can be used to style text. To add a new tag, click the “plus” icon next to the tag name.

Adding properties to variants and styling text in HTML are two great ways to modify the appearance of your Figma designs. By using these techniques, you can make your designs look exactly how you want them to!
