Snap points can be a frustrating issue in Illustrator. If you have objects that constantly snap to one another, you can try a few different techniques to fix the issue.

1. Use the Align Tool (L) to manually adjust the points of each object.

2. Use the Free Transform (F) Tool to adjust the objects’ shapes.

3. Use the Distort Tool (D) to distort the objects’ shapes.

4. Use the Liquify Tool (L) to soften or stretch the objects’ shapes.

5. Use the Warp Tool (W) to distort the objects’ shapes.

PRO TIP: If you are having snapping issues in Illustrator, it is recommended that you turn off snapping temporarily and then turn it back on. You can do this by going to the View menu and selecting “Snap to Grid.”
