There are a few different ways that you can go about moving your website from one domain to another Squarespace. You can either use the Export/Import feature, or you can manually migrate your site.

If you want to use the Export/Import feature, you will first need to export your site from its current location. To do this, go to Settings, and then click on the Export/Import tab.

From here, you will need to select the Export button, and then choose whether you want to export your entire site, or just selected pages. Once you have made your selection, click on the Export button and wait for the process to complete.

Once your site has been exported, you will need to import it into Squarespace.

From here, you will need to select the Import button, and then choose the file that you exported from your previous site. Once you have selected the file, click on the Import button and wait for the process to complete.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to move your website from one domain to another Squarespace, there are a few things you need to be aware of. First, your site will be down for a period of time while the DNS propagates. Second, you will need to set up 301 redirects from your old domain to your new domain in order to avoid any SEO issues. Finally, make sure you update any links or references to your old domain on your new site.

If you want to migrate your site manually, you will first need to create a new Squarespace site. To do this, go to https://www.Squarespace.com/ and click on the Get Started button.

From here, you will need to enter your desired domain name, and then select a template for your site. Once you have done this, click on the Continue button and follow the prompts to create your new Squarespace site.

Once your new Squarespace site has been created, you will need to copy over all of your content from your old site. This can be done by going to Settings, and then clicking on the Content tab.

From here, you will need to select all of the content that you want to migrate over, and then click on the Copy button. Once all of your content has been copied over, click on the Save button.

The last thing that you will need to do is point your DNS records from your old domain to your new Squarespace site. To do this, go to Settings and then click on the Domains tab. From here, you will need to find the domain that you want to use with your Squarespace site and click on the Manage button.

Once you are in Domain Manager, click on the DNS button and scroll down to CNAME Records. Here, you will need to add two CNAME records; one for www pointing to Squarespace-proxy-domain-name and one for @ pointing Squarespace-domain-name

. Lastly click on Save Changes
