There are a few things you need to do in order to send mass emails to customers on Shopify. First, you need to create a customer list.

To do this, go to your Shopify admin and click on “Customers.” Then, click on “Create customer list.” Give your list a name and description, and then click on “Create customer list.”

Now that you have a customer list, you need to add customers to it. To do this, go to your Shopify admin and click on “Customers.” Then, find the customer you want to add to your list and click on “Add to customer list.”

Once you have a customer list with customers in it, you’re ready to send mass emails. To do this, go to your Shopify admin and click on “Settings.”

PRO TIP: While sending mass emails to customers can be a quick and easy way to promote your products or services, it is important to be aware of the potential risks involved. Spam filters are becoming increasingly sophisticated and may flag your emails as spam if you are not careful. Additionally, if you do not have permission from the recipients to send them commercial emails, you could be violating anti-spam laws. Before sending any mass emails, be sure to read the Shopify guidelines on email marketing and familiarize yourself with the laws in your jurisdiction.

Then, click on “Email.” Under “Send test email,” enter the email address of the customer you want to test the email with. Then, click on “Send test email.”

If everything looks good, it’s time to start sending out those mass emails! Go back to your Shopify admin and click on “Settings.” Then, click on “Email.”

Under “Bulk email,” select the customer list you want to send the email to. Enter a subject for your email and then compose your message. When you’re finished, click on “Send email.”

And that’s it! You’re now ready to start sending mass emails to customers on Shopify.
