Figma is a vector editing software that allows you to easily copy and paste vector objects. There are a few different ways to copy and paste in Figma.

To copy and paste an object, simply select the object and press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (macOS). To paste the object, press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (macOS). You can also use the right-click menu to copy and paste objects.

To copy and paste multiple objects, select the objects and press Ctrl+Shift+C (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+C (macOS). To paste the objects, press Ctrl+Shift+V (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+V (macOS).

PRO TIP: If you are working on a design in Figma and need to copy and paste an element, be aware that the clipboard is shared between Figma and your operating system. This means that if you copy something in Figma, you will not be able to paste it into another application until you copy something else first.

You can also use the Duplicate command to quickly create a copy of an object. To duplicate an object, select the object and press Ctrl+D (Windows) or Cmd+D (macOS).

In addition to copying and pasting objects, you can also copy and paste styles. To copy styles, select the object with the styles you want to copy and press Ctrl+Shift+C (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+C (macOS). To paste styles, select the object you want to apply the styles to and press Ctrl+Shift+V (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+V (macOS).

Figma also supports SVG clipping and masking. To clip an object, select the object and click the Clip button in the top toolbar. To mask an object, select the object and click the Mask button in the top toolbar.
